After selecting this option, you will see the following dialog box:

If you press Yes, then the data will be download then added to your database. None of your other data will be over-written. You will be able to select between the two sample groups and view how the data has been entered.

By the way, if you wish to remove the sample data,

• Click the Group tab.
• Select the targeted group in the grid displaying ID # and Description.
• Click the Remove button.
• You will be prompted to by the below dialog. Click Yes to remove the data set.
