Visit https://sourceforge.net/projects/jequity/files/JEquity/ and select the most recent folder (e.g., JEquity-<version>).

Inside this folder, click the file with the sh extension (e.g., JEquity_linux-unix_<version>.sh).

Once the file finishes downloading,

• Open your GUI file explorer.
• Locate the downloaded sh file.
• Right-click and select Properties.
• Select Permissions tab.
• Check Allow executing file as program.
• Close Properties dialog box.
• Right-click, select the Run option, and follow the instructions.
