Visit https://sourceforge.net/projects/jequity/files/JEquity/ and select the most recent folder (e.g., JEquity-<version>).

Inside this folder, click the file with the .exe extension (e.g., JEquity_windows-x64_<version>.exe.

Once the file finishes downloading, open the file, and follow the instructions.
