Moved adjustCarouselHorizontal() to the bottom of the initialization so that the height of the main container is correctly calculated as it will now be visible.
The selector for this routine is made visible after initialization.

Added a scaleImage option for images. The default behavior is to exactly size the image to the li container. Now if lScaleImage is set to true, the image is scaled to size within the boundary of the li container.
The carousel doesn't always consist of images. So just check, even though jQuery doesn't throw an error.
Added beforeScroll and afterScroll callback function properties.
Fixed issue with multiple jas-carousels on one page: now the buttons have unique ids.
Updated the header comments.
Updated the look of the left and right buttons to use the jQuery Framework Icons.
Added some more error checking in the initialization
When visible count is 4, scrollby is 4 and there are only 6 items, the list would jump and not scroll smoothly. This problem has been fixed using the faOptions.nScollBy and fnScrollByAmount variables.
Fixed some default CSS issues with the main block.
cAdjustSizeAccordingToThisDiv was not being used. This div determines the maximum width.
Now has CSS properties, etc.
This is the first working version.
