SFUA (Set Full User Access)

This utility gives the user group full access to a selected directory. However, it will not allow the administrator to set these rights for the Windows directory, the root directory of the drive where Windows resides, or any non-fxed non-local drives. SFUA only works on Windows NT 4.0, NT 2000 and XP. This program is licensed under the Common Public License. The FAQ should answer most of your questions on this particular license.
